James ‘Chip’ Daniels is the owner and broker of Daniels Realty Company, Gentilly Corporation and Sticks n Bricks, LLC. Chip was born in Lakeland, FL in 1956 to Dr. James and Harriet Daniels. He graduated from Lakeland High School and the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Real Estate in 1978, and later earned an MBA from the University of South Florida. Chip met his wife, Kim in 1982 while working in Atlanta. He has been a broker in Lakeland since 1986, founded DRC in 1992, and since then has played a key role in the commercial development of south Lakeland’s main east-to-west thoroughfare, Edgewood Drive. Daniels Realty Co. is 100% locally owned and operated by the Daniels Family. In their free time, Chip and Kim enjoy being with their children and grandchildren, all of whom live here in Lakeland, FL.
